Thank you for purchasing from insertFace.com. All products offered on this Website are digital images delivered online immediately after purchase. No physical items are shipped.

1. Instant Digital Delivery

After a successful online payment, you will:

• Be automatically redirected to a download page, and
• See a Download button or link for your purchased image(s).

Your ability to access and download the file immediately constitutes complete delivery of the digital product.

2. Download Availability Window

Your purchased HD image will be available for download for up to 24 hours after payment.

After 24 hours, the file is automatically deleted from our servers for privacy and security.

3. If You Cannot Download Your File

If you are unable to download your purchased image due to a technical issue, you must contact us within 24 hours from the time of purchase.

Include:

• Your payment email
• Transaction ID or screenshot (optional but helpful)
• Time of purchase

If you do not contact us within 24 hours, the item will be treated as delivered, received, and accessed, and we may not be able to restore or resend it because the file will no longer exist on our system.

4. No Physical Shipment

All products are digital. No postal shipping or physical delivery is involved.
