You must have full, explicit consent from every identifiable person appearing in the photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you confirm that:

• the photo is yours or you have permission to use it,

• You will not upload images of celebrities, private individuals, or anyone else without authorization.

5.3 Responsibility for Generated Images

You are solely responsible for any content you create, upload, edit, or share using the Website. This includes legal, social, ethical, and privacy consequences.

6. Image Storage and Deletion

• Uploaded images, generated images, and face-swap/AI output are stored for 24 hours only.
• All images are automatically and permanently deleted after 24 hours.
• We do not store any long-term user galleries.

If an image hosted on our Website violates rights or was uploaded without consent, you may request deletion by emailing insertface.com@gmail.com with the image URL and proof of identity.

7. Intellectual Property

All technology, algorithms, code, design, and other intellectual property on the Website are owned by Kareti Rama Krishna or its licensors. You may not:

• reverse engineer,
• scrape or extract data,
• resell or reproduce the Website,
• use generated images for commercial purposes unless permitted by applicable laws.

9. Payments and Refunds

10. Account Registration

• You may sign up using Email, Google, or Facebook.
• Passwords are stored in hashed format only.
• You are responsible for maintaining your login confidentiality.
• Sharing accounts is prohibited.

11. Termination of Accounts

We may suspend or delete your account without notice if you:

• violate these Terms,
• upload illegal or harmful content,
• attempt to misuse or attack the Website.
